The boy reportedly suffered minor injuries and was released to parents. Philomath Police reported that the boy was transported to the hospital via personal vehicle.

• 12:39 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a report of a gas leak in the 400 block of Melvill Cres. Crews used gas monitoring equipment to search the residence and found no abnormal readings.
