The Public Safety Chili Cookoff is scheduled for 1-5 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 13, at the rodeo grounds in the Yew Wood Corral. Proceeds benefit the 4Spirits Distillery Veteran Scholarship Fund, Philomath Police Foundation and the Benton County Sheriff's Foundation.
