The Northwest Youth Rodeo Association will hold finals weekend Aug. 14-16 at the Philomath Frolic and Rodeo arena. The NWYRA has not yet published start times but the competitions typically take place at noon on the Friday and 8 a.m. on the Saturday and Sunday.
