The Benton County Health Department has organized a COVID-19 drop-in vaccination site to occur in Philomath on Friday, June 24.
The clinic will run from 4-7 p.m. at Clemens Primary School in the cafeteria. The Pfizer, Moderna and Johnson & Johnson vaccines will be available, including boosters. Appointments are not necessary.
Vaccinations are available only to adults and children ages 5 and older at this time, the county said. For those seeking to vaccinate younger children, the county advises parents and guardians to contact their pediatrician.
As a temporary health-care setting, masks are required at all vaccination events.
Those receiving a second or booster dose are asked to bring the vaccination card they received when the first dose was administered. For those who lost their card, a vaccination record which shows a previous COVID-19 dose is acceptable.
The COVID-19 vaccine is free to all, including out-of-state residents, and identification or proof of insurance is not required. Consent of a parent or legal guardian is required for children under age 15 (the forms are available on site).
All events are wheelchair accessible and have interpretation services available. To make arrangements for other accommodations, call the Benton County Call Center at 541-766-6120 (weekdays, 9 a.m.-3 p.m.).
