The Philomath Planning Commission plans to meet through videoconferencing at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 16, with recommended development code changes appearing on the agenda.
The recommendations include changes to recreational vehicle development code, landscaping requirement code and building materials development code. Part of the discussion on the revisions will be to set a public hearing date for March 15.
Commissioners are also scheduled to review the citizen involvement chapter in the city’s Comprehensive Plan.
City Planner Pat Depa is also expected to provide an update on various issues he oversees.
Planning Commission members include chair Gary Conner, Giana Bernardini, Steve Boggs, Van Hunsaker, Joey McGlinchy, Joseph Sullivan and Peggy Yoder.
