The Philomath Finance and Administration Committee plans to conduct preliminary reviews of the city’s utility rates and Capital Improvement Plan at its Feb. 8 meeting, scheduled to begin at 4 p.m. at City Hall.

In addition, the committee will take a look at a proposed 2024-25 budget calendar. The process begins with a preliminary budget meeting on April 17 and progresses over the next two months. The public hearing on the budget is planned for June 12 at the Philomath City Council meeting.

According to the meeting agenda, the committee will also review the 2022-23 audit report and related documents.

The Feb. 8 meeting will be live-streamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
