The Mount Union Cemetery Association’s membership agreed during its last meeting to raise burial space rates, the nonprofit organization announced.
“Please note that these price adjustments are necessary to maintain the quality and upkeep of our cemetery grounds, ensuring a serene and respectful environment for all visitors,” the cemetery association said through an email.
The rate increases ($775 to $850 for full spaces and $450 to $500 for half spaces) will become effective March 1, the cemetery association’s Bill Caffey reported.
