The Philomath City Council will tackle an agenda that includes a public hearing, discussion and decision on the fiscal year 2022-23 budget at its Monday, June 13 meeting, scheduled to begin at 7 p.m. at City Hall.
In addition, going before the council will be decisions on a proposed update to the city’s social service funding policy and utility assistance program, a policy and grant program related to a transient lodging tax, the Downtown Streetscape project’s sidewalk inlay design and the Paul J. Cochran Veterans Memorial Park sculpture design.
In addition to the city budget, there will also be a public hearing for proposed uses of state-shared revenues.
The meeting will also include various other points of business, as well as reports from councilors, staff and committees.
The Urban Renewal Agency will also meet to adopt its fiscal year 2022-23 budget.
