Benton County property owners can now access their 2025 property tax statements online with physical statements to be mailed no later than Oct. 24, the County Assessor’s Office announced.

The certified property values and tax statements are available on the County Assessor’s website. Business owners who filed returns electronically through eNoticesonline.com and didn’t opt out of electronic delivery should check their registered email accounts for their statements. Businesses with personal property valued under the $23,000 cancellation threshold won’t receive statements.

Property owners face a Nov. 17 postmark deadline for payments but those who pay in full by that date can receive a 3% discount on their tax bill. The discount offers a financial incentive for early payment but isn’t available to those who choose installment plans.

Taxpayers who prefer to spread out payments can do so in three equal installments with the first third due Dec. 16, the second on Feb. 17 and the final payment on May 15. In accordance with state law, interest will be charged on any late installment payment. However, interest on the late portion of the first installment payment will not start accruing until Dec. 16.

The county offers six payment methods to accommodate different preferences. Property owners can use a drop box in the parking lot of the Kalapuya Building at 4500 SW Research Way in Corvallis, visit the Tax Office on the building’s first floor, or mail payments to P.O. Box 964, Corvallis, OR 97339.

Through Nov. 17, taxpayers can also make payments at Oregon State Credit Union branches within Benton County or at the Umpqua Bank in Monroe. Bring payment coupons when paying at the financial institutions.

Online payments via credit card, debit card or electronic check are available, as are phone payments at 1-866-898-2918.
