FRIDAY, SEPT. 19

• 9:27 a.m. — BCSO issued a warning to a dog owner on Decker Road following an incident involving a woman who fell off her bicycle while being chased by the dog. The bicyclist sustained a minor injury.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 23

• 3:07 p.m. — BCSO issued a warning to a dog owner on Stovall Lane following an incident of a dog that charged toward a motorcyclist and a child on another person’s property. No injuries were reported.

• 3:18 p.m. — BCSO transported two stray dogs from the 24800 block of Highway 34 to Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis. The shelter contacted the owner and the dogs were picked up later in the day.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 24

• 3:37 p.m. — BCSO arrested a 61-year-old Philomath woman at a Chicory Lane residence on a charge of third-degree criminal mischief with damage in connection with a July 31 incident when she allegedly squirted a neighbor’s security cameras with a garden hose. BCSO had been dispatched to the location on Sept. 19 and then followed up on Sept. 24. The damaged camera equipment was valued at $200. The woman was cited in lieu of custody.

THURSDAY, SEPT. 25

• 12:28 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 22-year-old Philomath man on charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .15 through .19), reckless driving and reckless endangerment following a traffic stop near the intersection of Chapel Drive and Bellfountain Road.

• 12:50 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 22-year-old Albany woman on a warrant out of Benton County Circuit Court during a traffic stop at Chapel Drive and Bellfountain Road.

• 6:07 p.m. — BCSO responded to a crash at the intersection of Fern Road and Wonderly Lane involving a Yamaha XV2 motorcycle that T-boned a Chevrolet Silverado. When the crash occurred, the pickup’s driver was attempting to turn from Chapel onto Wonderly Lane. The motorcyclist was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.
