SUNDAY, JUNE 9

• 5:47 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash in the area of Highway 20 and Mustang Lane. The driver, a 33-year-old Toledo woman, drove off the roadway and into a ditch, striking a small tree. Philomath Fire and Rescue examined the driver on site and she refused transportation to the hospital. 

SUNDAY, JUNE 16

• 2:53 a.m. — A deputy responded to a report of a single-vehicle crash on Highway 20 about 2 miles east of Blodgett involving a deer that struck a 1998 Dodge Dakota pickup. A passenger in the pickup, a 44-year-old man, reported possible injuries to his legs from the airbag deployment and was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. The passenger was arrested on a warrant out of Albany and was cited and released with the issuance of a new court date before going to the hospital. The driver, a 33-year-old Toledo man, was reportedly not injured.
