MONDAY, APRIL 13

• 11:45 p.m. — Firefighters were dispatched to a crash reportedly with injuries in the 26000 block of Greenberry Road just east of Bellfountain Road. The driver, a 26-year-old Eugene man, was arrested on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants and reckless driving. A Corvallis Fire Department ambulance transported the driver to the hospital. He was issued criminal citations in lieu of custody and remained at the hospital to recover.

TUESDAY, APRIL 14

• 10:25 a.m. — BCSO transported an adult male German shepherd from the Kings Valley Road-Labare Road area to the Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis. The dog had a collar on with no identification and was not microchipped.

• 11:25 a.m. — BCSO arrested a 48-year-old Philomath man on a misdemeanor charge of resisting arrest and on numerous warrants for contempt of court, stalking and telephonic harassment. The sheriff’s office received a pretrial services request to take the man into custody after he reportedly tampered with his GPS ankle monitor; officials had been unable to track him for approximately a week. After the man had been located in his home, he reportedly resisted arrest. Once in custody, he was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center. After a medical evaluation determined that he had no injuries, he was transported to Benton County Jail.
