FRIDAY, MAY 10
• 3:17 p.m. — Emergency medical personnel responded to Marys River Park and Natural Area to help a woman and her dog swept downstream. The woman and dog made it out of the river on the opposite bank and rescue crews used a chainsaw through bushes and blackberry brambles to create an access route. See separate story.

SATURDAY, MAY 11
• 12:56 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 600 block of Deer Creek Way.
• 6:25 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2800 block of Newton Place.
• 11:03 a.m. — Emergency medical personnel responded to a head-on crash on Highway 20 between Blodgett and Burnt Woods that resulted in two fatalities. One person was transported to a hospital via Life Flight helicopter and four others were transported via ground ambulance. See separate story.

SUNDAY, MAY 12
• 1:31 a.m. — Firefighters responded to a fire alarm in the 2200 block of Applegate Street.

• 1:21 p.m. — Firefighters conducted a smoke investigation on Woods Creek Road.
• 6:25 p.m. — Firefighters responded to a residential structure fire on Ash Street in Monroe but units were canceled en route.

WEDNESDAY, MAY 15

• 8:19 p.m. — Emergency medical personnel responded to a report of a crash on Highway 20 and Summit Highway. The incident involved a semi truck that was broken down in the roadway. There were no injuries.
