The Philomath Finance and Administration Committee plans to meet at 5:30 p.m. Monday at City Hall.

The committee is scheduled to review utility fees, according to the March 6 meeting agenda. The city staff’s proposal recommends increases for water and sewer rates based on inflationary factors and street and storm drain fees based on the latest industry standards.

The city proposes that a utility rate study be done in 2023-24 following construction of the water treatment plant to help plan for future projects and other expenses.

For those not attending in person at City Hall, the regular meeting will also be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
