The latest revision is the seventh amendment to the original charter, which dates back to Aug. 31, 2001. A copy of the proposed charter language can be found at this link.
The board will also during the meeting go through the second readings for 17 policies.

• The superintendent and finance director will both give reports along with those by student government, Philomath Education Association and the Oregon School Employees Association’s local chapter. School principals are also scheduled to provide updates.
• An update on the Ready Schools, Safe Learners resiliency framework will be presented.
• A consent agenda vote that includes two leaves of absence and the resignation of finance director Bill Mancuso, along with other personnel and staffing adjustments.
The School Board will begin the evening at 6 p.m. with an executive session to discuss labor negotiations and to review and evaluate the employment-related performance of district employees. Executive sessions are closed to the public.
