Philomath residents will have the opportunity to share their views on the housing policy amendments to the city’s comprehensive plan during a City Council meeting at 6 p.m. Monday, June 27 at City Hall.
The public hearing will be followed by discussion and a decision from councilors. The recommended revisions to the policy came from the Planning Commission, which held a public hearing on May 16.
Other items on the agenda include discussions on the city’s next move with a proposed North 11th Street Local Improvement District, a neighborhood traffic management plan and a vote on an ordinance to amend city code related to the transient lodging tax.
The meeting will be conducted at City Hall, which is open to the public. The proceedings will also be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
