Planning Commission’s Tuesday evening meeting to focus on Millpond Crossing

The Millpond Crossing subdivision’s developer has proposed major changes to its original plan and a public hearing is scheduled for 6 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 22 as part of the Philomath Planning Commission meeting.

The developer, Levi Miller, would like future phases to include townhomes and also to relocate and redesign the neighborhood park. The proposal would also impact the original agreement — approved in May 2018 — in a few other ways, including east-west roadways.
