Corvallis Police detectives are on the lookout for a certain light green Ford Expedition that may have been involved in a hit-and-run crash on Sept. 26. On that evening, police responded at 6:21 p.m. to a report of a pedestrian on the ground at the intersection of Northwest 26th Street and Northwest Harrison Boulevard.

A 21-year-old Oregon State University student suffered extensive injuries.

Based on the investigation, detectives are seeking community assistance in locating a vehicle of interest — a Ford Expedition, light green in color with a model year ranging from 1997-2001. Police said the vehicle appears to have a yellow/amber-colored light on the roof near the front of the vehicle and damage to the passenger side rear quarter panel.Anyone with information is asked to contact Det.
