The Philomath Planning Commission plans to meet at 6 p.m. Monday at City Hall with plans to continue a discussion on allowed and conditional uses in commercial and industrial districts and finalizing code language.
In addition, the meeting agenda includes a staff update about ongoing projects, including a Millpond Crossing right-of-way vacation, public document access system and building permits issued last month.
For those not attending in person at City Hall, the meeting is scheduled to be livestreamed on the city’s YouTube channel.
