The Philomath Planning Commission plans to meet at 6 p.m. Monday, Aug. 16, at City Hall with an agenda that includes a public hearing on proposed code amendments regarding industrial zone building materials standards, and another public hearing on landscaping and fencing clarifications applicable to new developments.
The meeting will also include announcements and staff updates, including a report from City Planner Pat Depa on various projects going on around Philomath.
Planning Commissioners include Giana Bernardini, Steve Boggs, Gary Conner, Hayley Green, Van Hunsaker, Joseph Sullivan and Peggy Yoder. Conner serves as the chair.
