The Philomath High School track and field program is raising money through a fundraising opportunity with Papa’s Pizza in Corvallis.
Customers who visit the restaurant on Tuesday, April 1 and bring a flyer (click here for a PDF of the flyer, which can be downloaded and printed), the track program will receive 50% of the value of the food purchased. Beverages and delivery orders are excluded.
Supporters also have the option of purchasing gift certificates with future purchases earning 25% of their value to the track and field team.
The Root Vegetables, a jazz, funk and soul band, is scheduled to perform at 6:30 p.m. The group includes PHS track athletes Emmett Murch, Galen Murch and Leo Pausch along with drummer Cedric Petrovich.
Folks interested in participating in the fundraiser should note that the flyers cannot be distributed at Papa’s Pizza.
