The Philomath School District has started to work on the 2026-27 budget and on Thursday evening, the Budget Committee will meet for the first time this cycle with an informational meeting.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the Philomath High School Community Conference Room (go in the main entrance, first door on the right).
According to a public notice about the meeting, Business Manager Jennifer Griffith will provide information and training on the budget preparation process.
The meeting will be streamed on the school district’s YouTube channel.
The Budget Committee is made up of the five school board members and five budget committee members appointed from the community.
