Philomath Pride 2026 is scheduled for June 20 at Philomath City Park and organizers are looking for community members to help make the event a success.

The Philomath Pride Collective is seeking both steering committee members and day-of volunteers to support the annual celebration, which has brought together residents and allies since 2022.

Steering committee members help coordinate event logistics, facilitate community partnerships, support fundraising efforts and ensure the celebration reflects the values of the local community. Organizers say no prior event planning experience is required.

Day-of volunteers are needed for setup and cleanup, activity support and general safety throughout the four-hour event. The June 20 celebration is scheduled to run from noon-4 p.m.

Philomath Pride describes itself as a fully grassroots event made possible through partnerships with local organizations and volunteer support. The event is free and open to the public and aims to provide a welcoming space for LGBTQIA2S+ community members and their allies.
