DAILY REPORTS
FRIDAY, SEPT. 13
• 7:50 a.m. — Police responded to a crash at South 18th Street and Applegate Street. No injuries were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included a city ordinance violation at 12:35 a.m. (Main Street and North 18th Street), neighborhood dispute at 3:47 p.m. (North 14th Street) and an abandoned vehicle at 4:55 p.m. (College Street). PPD reported 10 traffic stops.
SATURDAY, SEPT. 14
• 10:29 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a deer with an injured leg in the 400 block of North Ninth Street. The deer was able to walk off on its down.
• 10:31 a.m. — Police responded to a crash at South 19th Street and Applegate Street. No injuries were reported.
• 3:54 p.m. — Police responded to a report of theft of services at a restaurant in the 1700 block of Main Street.
Other calls: Police responses included warrant service at 12:31 p.m. (Main Street), noncriminal issue at 1:45 p.m. (Applegate Street), possible DUII at 4:28 p.m. (Southwest Philomath Boulevard, Corvallis), welfare check at 5:05 p.m. (South 18th Street and Cedar Street), found dog at 6:57 p.m. (Main Street), shots heard at 9:42 p.m. (Pioneer Street and Adelaide Drive), found dog at 9:52 p.m. (Main Street) and a non-911 issue at 10:22 p.m. (Main Street). In addition, police assisted other agencies on calls at 3:20 a.m. (Northwest Sycamore Avenue, Corvallis) and 11:53 p.m. (Main Street and North 13th Street). PPD reported 17 traffic stops.
SUNDAY, SEPT. 15
• 4:01 p.m. — Police responded to an altercation in the 1300 block of Applegate Street involving a woman who scratched a man. The victim did not wish to press charges.
Other calls: Police responses included a cat complaint at 9:26 a.m. (South 15th Street and Willow Lane), suspicious circumstance at 1:46 p.m. (North 14th Street) and a suspicious vehicle at 9:06 p.m. (Highway 20). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 11:23 p.m. (Grant Road, Kings Valley). PPD reported 19 traffic stops.
MONDAY, SEPT. 16
• No calls of significance were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included a welfare check at 9:47 a.m. (North Ninth Street), juvenile issue (Applegate Street) and a traffic hazard at 6:36 p.m. (South 13th Street and Applegate Street). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 6:56 a.m. (Highway 20). PPD reported one traffic stop.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 17
• 6:04 a.m. — Police responded to a crash at Main Street and South 24th Street. No injuries were reported.
Other calls: Police responses included an extra patrol at 7:58 a.m. (South 19th Street and Chapel Drive), parking complaint at 1:29 p.m. (North 11th Street), welfare check at 6:51 p.m. (North 14th Street and College Street) and suspicious circumstances at 11:05 p.m. (Highway 20 and Kings Valley Highway). PPD reported two traffic stops.
WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 18
• 11:46 a.m. — Police responded to a crash in the 1300 block of Applegate Street. No injuries were reported.
• 12:12 p.m. — Police responded to a report of threats in the 800 block of Quail Glenn Drive. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.
Other calls: Police responses included a suspicious person at 8:11 a.m. (Main Street), welfare check at 11:21 a.m. (Applegate Street) and a found dog at 2:05 p.m. (Main Street). PPD reported two traffic stops.
THURSDAY, SEPT. 19
• 7:54 p.m. — Police responded to a report of two males “messing with a dump truck” in the 300 block of Sunshine Avenue. Upon arrival, police were unable to locate anyone on the lot.
Other calls: Police responses included unauthorized entry into a motor vehicle at 2:27 a.m. (Southwest 66th Street, Corvallis), noise disturbance at 6:42 a.m. (South 17th Street), trespassing at 10:49 a.m. (Main Street), non-911 issue at 2:18 p.m. (North 16th Lane), suspicious vehicle at 9:43 p.m. (Dampier Drive and College Street), citizen assistance at 10:44 p.m. (South 13th Street) and a possible suicidal person at 11:29 p.m. PPD reported two traffic stops.
