• 4:17 p.m. — Police responded to a report of shoplifting from Marys Peak True Value.
• 7:56 p.m. — Police responded to assist a female experiencing a medical issue in the 900 block of Applegate Street. The individual was transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis.
Other calls: Police responses included contact with a female sleeping at a bus stop at 1:04 a.m. (Main Street and Ninth Street) and extra patrol duty at 9:51 a.m. (North 19th Street). PPD reported nine traffic stops.
TUESDAY, SEPT. 8
• 7:18 a.m. — Police responded to a report of a baby deer hit by a vehicle at North Ninth Street and Memory Lane.
• 9:20 a.m. — Police responded to the 100 block of South 21st Street for a report of two dogs that killed a cat and multiple chickens. The dogs were seized and taken to Heartland Humane Society in Corvallis.

WEDNESDAY, SEPT. 9
• 11:32 a.m. — Police responded to a report of fraud in the 800 block of Main Street after a business reported that an individual, who had no association with the business, charged the cost of tires to its account without authorization.
Other calls: Police responses included a report of an abandoned boat at 8:28 a.m. (Southwest Country Club Drive, Corvallis), report of harassment at 10:55 a.m. (Quail Glenn Drive) and citizen contact at 11:03 a.m. (Applegate Street). THURSDAY, SEPT. 10
• 9:39 p.m. — Police responded to a report of someone screaming in the 400 block of South 18th Street. The responding officer found an intoxicated female screaming in her own backyard and assisted her into her house. A request was made for her to be checked by medics.
Other calls: Police responses included a 911 hangup call at 8:26 a.m. (Main Street), suspicious circumstance involving the discovery of two abandoned mailboxes at 9:29 a.m. (South Ninth Street and Applegate Street) and an abandoned vehicle at 2:20 p.m. (South 21st Street).
