DAILY REPORTS

FRIDAY, SEPT. 20

• 10:32 a.m. — Police responded to a report of forgery that occurred at a local banking institution. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.

• 8:52 p.m. — Police arrested a 36-year-old Sweet Home man in the 600 block of Main Street on a warrant for failure to appear on a criminal citation.

Other calls: Police responses included a civil dispute at 9:46 a.m. (Applegate Street), animal complaint at 9:47 a.m. (South 30th Street), property found at 10:36 a.m. (Main Street), trespassing at 10:35 a.m. (South 14th Street), trespassing at 11:57 a.m. (Main Street), disorderly conduct at 12:46 p.m. (Applegate Street), disorderly conduct at 3:26 p.m. (Applegate Street), suspicious person at 3:40 p.m. (Applegate Street), mental health situation at 4 p.m. (Applegate Street), disorderly conduct at 8:49 p.m. (Main Street) and a mental health situation at 9:41 p.m. (Applegate Street). In addition, police assisted another agency on a call at 10:20 p.m. (Landmark Drive and Main Street). PPD reported 12 traffic stops.

SATURDAY, SEPT. 21

• 9:21 a.m. — Police assisted the Benton County Sheriff’s Office at the scene of a one-vehicle crash at Chapel Drive and Bellfountain Road. The driver, a 29-year-old Brownsville woman, and two juveniles were transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Corvallis. BCSO issued citations in the case (see BCSO Log to be published Oct. 3).

• 10:40 p.m. — Police arrested a 24-year-old Lebanon man on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .15 through .19) during a traffic stop at Southwest Stanford Street and Southwest Meadow Flower Drive, Corvallis.

Other calls: Police responses included an animal complaint at 3:40 p.m. (North Ninth Street). PPD reported 22 traffic stops.

SUNDAY, SEPT. 22

• 12:17 a.m. — Police arrested a 32-year-old Eddyville man and a 33-year-old Lebanon man on misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct following a fight at Skirvin Park.

• 3:36 a.m. — Police arrested a 37-year-old Eddyville woman on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence of intoxicants (alcohol .15 through .19) in the 100 block of South 10th Street).

• 10:51 p.m. — Police arrested a 42-year-old Philomath woman on a misdemeanor charge of third-degree criminal mischief with crime damage in the 100 block of South 14th Street.

Other calls: Police responses included a noise disturbance at 1:19 a.m. (South 30th Street), shoplifting at 7:17 a.m. (Main Street), disorderly conduct at 10:50 a.m. (Main Street) and property found at 6:33 p.m. (Pioneer Street and North 13th Street). PPD reported two traffic stops.

MONDAY, SEPT. 23

• 8:54 a.m. — Police placed a mental health hold on a 42-year-old Philomath woman.

• 9:23 a.m. — Police reported that it performed warrant service in the 900 block of Applegate Street. No other details were made available other than a report was taken and assigned a case number.

• 9:27 a.m. — Police responded to a report of disorderly conduct in the vicinity of Pioneer Street and North 12th Street involving a woman who was swinging a bat at traffic.

TUESDAY, SEPT. 24

• 10:31 a.m. — Police responded to a report for a sex-related offense. No other details were made available; a case number was not assigned.

• 2:03 p.m. — Police responded to an overdose situation at a Main Street location. No details were provided.
