Philomath Fire & Rescue’s board of directors will meet at 3 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11 at Station 201 with an agenda that includes making plans for the organization’s annual appreciation dinner and discussing a code of conduct for board members.

The meeting agenda also includes a look at the district’s emergency medical services training reimbursement policy and whether to designate a radio antenna mount as surplus. A credit card transition plan update and a personnel manual and administrative directives review are also on the list of business items for the meeting.

In addition, there will be staff reports from Fire Chief Chancy Ferguson, Deputy Fire Chief Rich Saalsaa and office administrator Ashley Scott, and reports from the volunteer association and union presidents.

The fire station is located at 1035 Main St. The meeting can also be accessed through Zoom (see the agenda for instructions).
