Philomath Fire and Rescue’s board of directors plans to meet at 3 p.m. Monday at Station 201 for an agenda that includes an audit report, routine financial business and various reports.

New business at the Oct. 14 meeting includes information on a completed financial audit as performed by Acuity. The board will vote on resolutions related to an appropriations transfer and closing out the 2016 capital projects bond fund.

Time is also provided for reports from the fire chief, deputy fire chief, office administrator, volunteer association, firefighter union and city liaison.
