Philomath Fire & Rescue’s board of directors will meet at 3 p.m. Monday, Oct. 9 at Station 201 with an agenda that includes discussion of a 2026 local option levy.

The meeting agenda also includes a review of coverage standards, an update on a generator, a code of conduct discussion and corrective action related to an audit update and budget resolution.

Updates on the district’s credit card transition plan, personnel manual and administrative directives and appreciation dinner plans are also to the agenda.

In addition, there will be staff reports from Fire Chief Chancy Ferguson, Deputy Fire Chief Rich Saalsaa and office administrator Ashley Scott, and reports from the volunteer association’s Dan Eddy, the union’s Scott Moser and City Council liaison Christopher McMorran.
