The Philomath City Council plans to convene for its regular meeting at 7 p.m. Monday at City Hall with an agenda that includes a public hearing on proposed building permit fees.
Following the hearing, the council can either approve a resolution to adopt the fees or request additional information from the Benton County Building Department.
Also on the agenda, the council will vote on the appointments of two individuals to the Park Advisory Board and three appointments from among four applicants to the Inclusivity Committee.
Plus, the council will vote on reappointing Finance Director Mike Murzynsky as the budget officer. Council liaison, management and financial reports are also scheduled.
The council plans to begin the evening with a work session at 5:30 p.m. to review the city’s strategic plan.
