THURSDAY, DEC. 4
• 11:13 p.m. — Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 138E about 6 miles south of Kellogg in Douglas County that took the life of Domonik Randsome Wright, 30, of Roseburg. OSP’s preliminary investigation indicated that Wright was driving an eastbound Chrysler 200 when it left the roadway for unknown reasons, went airborne, landed in a field and rolled before becoming fully engulfed in flames. Wright was declared deceased at the scene.
FRIDAY, DEC. 5
• 2:14 p.m. — Troopers responded to a single-vehicle crash on Highway 58 about 6 miles east of McCredie Springs in Lane County that took the life of Jessica Nicole Ingoglia, 37, of Klamath Falls. OSP’s preliminary investigation indicated that Ingoglia was driving a westbound Audi Q5 when it left the lane of travel for unknown reasons, crossed the eastbound lane and struck a dirt embankment. Ingoglia, who was not wearing a seatbelt, was declared deceased at the scene. A passenger, a 37-year-old Klamath Falls man who was not wearing a seatbelt, suffered critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital. An 8-year-old girl passenger also suffered critical injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
SUNDAY, DEC. 7
• 6:13 p.m. — Troopers responded to a vehicle-pedestrian crash on Highway 99 (Rogue River Highway) in Medford that took the life of Jarrod Edward Garwood, 43, of Rogue River. OSP’s preliminary investigation indicated that a southbound Hyundai Elantra driven by Bobbie Rae Stinson-Payne, 28, of Grants Pass, struck Garwood as he was pushing a go-kart on the highway. The Hyundai fled the area and Stinson-Payne later contacted law enforcement to report her involvement. Garwood was declared deceased at the scene. An occupant of the go-kart, a 41-year-old Grants Pass man, suffered minor injuries. Stinson-Payne was arrested on charges of failure to perform duties of a driver, driving under the influence of intoxicants and manslaughter in the first degree.
TUESDAY, DEC. 9
• 5:20 p.m. — Troopers responded to a three-vehicle crash on Highway 38 about 3 miles east of Green Acres in Douglas County that took the life of David Michael Lawson, 48, of Elkton. OSP’s preliminary investigation indicated that Lawson was driving an eastbound Buick Enclave when it entered the westbound lane for unknown reasons and struck a westbound semitruck driven by a 65-year-old Vancouver, Washington, man. The collision caused the Buick Enclave to spin uncontrollably in the roadway, where it was struck by a westbound Buick LaCrosse driven by a 53-year-old Elkton woman, before rolling and coming to rest on its side. Lawson was declared deceased at the scene. The truck driver suffered minor injuries and was transported to an area hospital.
