Jeri Van Sickle Chittim Noble died peacefully in her home, after a battle with a rare form of cancer, on July 11, 2025. True to who she was, Jeri showed great strength, determination, and grace. Her fierce love of family was her inspiration and motivation to fight so courageously.

Jeri was born and raised in Corvallis to Ronald and Mary Van Sickle in November 1957. She graduated from Corvallis High School in 1975. In 1979, Dick (Richard) Chittim and Jeri were married. They raised their three children, Robby, Kristi, and Britnee. Dick died in 2016. In 2022, Jeri married Bill (William) Noble. They made their home in the outskirts of Philomath. Besides her deep love for her children, grandchildren, sister, and husband, Jeri enjoyed tending to her many wonderful flowers, time spent outdoors, and various sports and school events for the grandkids. She also loved her travels to tropical destinations, the spring calf crops, and her beloved canine companion, Dolly.

Jeri will always be remembered for her gorgeous smile and her captivating blue eyes. She was beautiful inside and out. She will be deeply missed by all who love her.

Jeri is survived by her children, Robby Chittim, Kristi Chittim, Britnee Bressler (Nico), grandchildren Kaylee, Tanner, Zander, and Rawni, sister Sandi Hering (Tom), and husband Bill Noble and his family, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and sweet four-legged Dolly. Jeri was predeceased by her parents, brother Mike Van Sickle, grandparents, aunts and uncles.

A Celebration of Life for Jeri will be Sunday, Aug. 3 from 4-6 p.m. at the Philomath Rodeo Grounds in the Yew Wood garden.
