The Philomath High School Class of 2026 walked across the stage at Clemens Field on June 6 and into whatever comes next — 122 graduates bound for colleges, trade programs, the workforce, military service, church missions and, for some, a year to figure it out.
The class included nine valedictorians and eight graduates received Heart of a Warrior recognition for consistently demonstrating compassion, kindness, humility, respect and enthusiasm for all things PHS.
In addition to those honors, students across the class earned scholarships and awards from a wide range of local, regional and institutional sources — recognition of academic achievement, community involvement and excellence in athletics. The funding came through organizations ranging from the Benton Community Foundation and Philomath Community Foundation to Oregon State University, the University of Oregon and various civic groups, businesses and memorial funds honoring community members.
