The Philomath City Council plans to take a look at how to proceed with improvements to North 11th Street, specifically on the issue of a funding mechanism, during its meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Dec. 13.
The council agenda also includes discussions on the social service agency funding process, an intergovernmental agreement with Benton County regarding tobacco ordinance enforcement, an update on the city’s finance director position and a decision on a liquor license application.
The council is also expected to vote on an amended Economic Opportunities Analysis as a support document for the Comprehensive Plan and on a municipal code amendment related to council rules.
