Philomath Fire and Rescue responded to a two-vehicle crash Monday morning near the intersection of Chapel Road and Bellfountain Road. No injuries were reported.

Crews were dispatched at 8:21 a.m. to the scene with seven personnel in an engine and two command vehicles. Upon arrival, crews found two vehicles involved in the crash with one coming to rest in the ditch after the collision.

The Benton County Sheriff’s Office reported that the crash involved two Honda Civics, one rear-ending the other.

The northbound lane of Bellfountain Road was closed for a short time. Philomath Fire and Rescue crews cleared debris from the road.
