VOLUME 7, NUMBER 65
Tuesday, March 24, 2026

Good morning, Philomath.

The organizers of the upcoming No Kings event are expecting ‘the largest protest turnout in the history of Corvallis’ (several Philomath folks are involved). The latest logs from the Philomath Police Department and Philomath Fire and Rescue are on the news site. In sports, the Shining Stars finished seventh at state on Saturday; the baseball team lost by one run to Astoria and the softball team dropped two at a Newport tournament. Partner content includes a piece on Whale Watching Week and a possible solution for the Portland Harbor Superfund site. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
