VOLUME 7, NUMBER 56
Thursday, March 12, 2026
Good morning, Philomath.
We have a couple of stories out of this week’s City Council meeting, leading with a $14 city services fee that will be reviewed as an option in the 2026-27 fiscal budget. We also have a story on an upcoming project on South 11th and 12th streets. A student art show opens this week at Philomath Museum. The latest BCSO Log is on the news site. Plus, partner content includes a story about Sen. Wyden’s questioning of postmark changes that could impact tax returns and voting.
Also this morning, “Blue,” an Australian shepherd and cattle dog mix who is completely blind, is lost (last seen Tuesday on Kings Valley Highway between Alexander Road and Beazell Memorial Park). Email 72654528@pawboost-mail.com if you find him. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
