PHS juniors Esias Sapp and Jamin Peters made first-team all-conference for boys basketball. Philomath Fire and Rescue Calls included a structure fire on McCreedy Lane. Philomath Police Log reports arrests, crashes and other incidents. The Dementia Warriors will host an Alzheimer’s Association speaker Wednesday for an event that’s open to the public and the middle school play has its tea party fundraiser coming Thursday (at PHS). We have an obituary for Renee Todd, who grew up in Philomath, and a letter to the editor from David Low.
