VOLUME 7, NUMBER 36

Good morning, Philomath.

We have a couple of city-related stories with seats filled on two committees and a budget officer appointed. The latest BCSO Log includes reports on a DUII crash off Highway 20 and the theft of copper wiring. The PHS dance team hosted an event last weekend and we have the results. An OSU study shows that old-growth trees face their highest wildfire risk in areas that once burned frequently. Partner content includes the state dealing with the ODOT budget gap and the governor’s efforts attempt to improve the state’s productivity. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
