VOLUME 7, NUMBER 195
Saturday, September 5, 2026
Good morning, Philomath.
In this weekend’s Three Things column, I have segments on the city’s renaming of two streets, an update on the Millpond housing development and recognition of Black Oregonians who have made a difference in their communities. Philomath High’s football team dropped a 36-7 decision at Marshfield. We also have reports out of the Bend Soccer Showcase with the boys falling to Ontario and the girls losing by a single goal against Henley. The latest OSP Log provides a rundown of highway fatalities from around the state. In partner content, we have a Labor Day-inspired piece by Oregon Journalism Project. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
