VOLUME 6, NUMBER 266

Good morning, Philomath.

The city is in the initial steps of improving safety on our local roads. The wrestling team hosted the Warrior Classic yesterday and PHS had four individual champions. Coverage includes a photo gallery. Three local teachers moved up in status under a new state law. Floats and displays are needed for the annual Parade of Lights, which is coming up next weekend. The latest OSP Log reports on fatalities around the state. And the Coast Guard is saying the rescue copter will stay in Newport. — Brad Fuqua, Publisher/Editor
