Friday, February 16, 2024
Good afternoon. In the newsletter today: We have the distressing news of Interfor’s decision to shut down the sawmill, which includes layoffs of around 100 employees, 57 of those occurring yesterday . Also, the PHS boys have played themselves into having a shot at tying Cascade for first in the conference. The girls lost a tough one last night but are still all alone in the top spot. Plus, we have a City Council roundup story that leads up with results of a community survey.
Thanks for reading!
