Volume 3, Number 88

Good Morning. It’s July 21, 2022

Tonight’s Music in the Park concert promises to be unique with Ancient Ways Tashinga Marimba. This is from the organization’s website: “The marimba is played all around the world. We study and play both contemporary and traditional music of the Shona people, who are one of the indigenous tribes of Zimbabwe, as well as original pieces in a Shona style.” And congrats to Jay Sexton for taking over as the Oregon State Grange president. Great guy, smart guy, I’m sure he’ll do very well.
