Good Morning. It’s Thursday, December 15, 2022

The work on the treadmill seems to be paying off. I walked with the Long Road Marines from the fire station to the west edge of town and back while doing an interview — and I wasn’t winded! I’m not quite ready for a six-month Boston to Newport walk, however. Maybe I’ll drive it someday.
