Miss Julia Taylor, formerly of the Albany public schools, has resigned her position as teacher in the Toledo school on account of the illness of her mother, who resides at Philomath. Miss Wilma Nichols, of Plainview, has been elected to fill the vacancy and left for the bay Saturday. The Toledo board made no mistake in the selection of Miss Nichols, as she is highly spoken of in the districts where she has been employed. — Lebanon Criterion.
