tim of Intestinal Trouble.
Funeral on Thursday

J.R. Fehler, a resident of Philomath for 34 years, died at his home in that city this morning at 2:30, at the age of 63 years, from complications resulting from intestinal trouble. The funeral will be held at the First United Brethren church of that city Thursday afternoon at 2:30. He had been sick for two days. Interment will be in the Newton cemetery at Philomath.

The deceased man was a well known and prominent resident of Philomath, a member of the Odd Fellows lodge and the Rebekah lodge, and leaves a wife, Mrs. Anna M. Fehler, as well as two sons and daughters. Mr. Fehler was born in Elizabeth, Illinois, February 7, 1858.

Near relatives of the dead man are J.G. Fehler, who lives south of Corvallis, two boys, Jesse A., of Salem, and Harry R., of Hood River, two daughters, Mrs. Cora Recotte of Philomath, a nephew, Ed Fehler, of Corvallis, and two brothers, John E. and Michael Fehler, both of Savanna, Ill.
