Shoppers looking to find a gift for Mom — or simply spend the day browsing alongside her — will have plenty of options Saturday when the Philomath Scout Lodge hosts its Mother’s Day Craft Show.
The event runs from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the lodge, 660 Clemens Mill Road, and will feature 25 craft vendors. Admission is free.
Organizers are using the show as a fundraiser to replace the lodge’s hot water heater with a goal of $14,820. Proceeds from a raffle and concession sales will go toward that effort. Raffle tickets are $1 for a single ticket or $5 for seven with prizes donated by craft vendors and Philomath Scout Lodge volunteers.
Concessions will be available from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. with options that include Wendy’s chili dogs, chopped salads and crispy chicken wraps.
The lodge will also collect donations for a canned food drive benefiting Philomath Community Services.
