FRIDAY, MAY 26

• PPD: DUII, 12:21 and 4:07 a.m., Northwest Walnut Boulevard and Northwest Aspen Street, Corvallis; police arrested a 31-year-old Corvallis woman on misdemeanor charges of driving under the influence of intoxicants (drugs) in what is listed by police as separate incidents at the same location; police placed a mental hold following the second incident.

• BCSO: Crash, 5:17 a.m., 25000 block of Grange Hall Road; deputies responded to a one-vehicle incident involving a 20-year-old Philomath man who fell asleep and crashed into a ditch; no injuries were reported and the truck was determined to be totaled.

• BCSO: Crash, 4:29 p.m., 21500 block of Highway 20, Blodgett; deputies responded to a crash just east of Blodgett Store; deputies determined that the driver had fallen asleep and the vehicle left the highway; the driver and a passenger were transported to Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center, Corvallis, with minor injuries.

MONDAY, MAY 22

• BCSO: Criminal trespass, 4:42 p.m., 24600 block of Stovall Lane; deputies responded to a report of burglary involving an unknown female who entered an unlocked house and remained inside for a few minutes (observed on a security camera); the woman left and it did not appear that anything was disturbed or removed from inside the house.
