• PPD: Warrant, 1:58 a.m., 1200 block of Houser Lane; police arrested a 37-year-old Philomath woman on a warrant for failure to perform community service.

• BCSO: Crash, 3 p.m., Highway 34 near milepost 50; deputies responded to a report of a white sedan on its roof in a ravine off the north shoulder of a sharp corner on Highway 34; no driver or occupants were found. The driver was later determined to be a 19-year-old Salem man.

• PPD: Bicycle found, 3:30 p.m., 2500 block of Applegate Street; red bicycle left on the property of Peace Lutheran Church.

MONDAY, JULY 4

• BCSO: Possible burglary, 2:30 p.m., Fort Hoskins Historical Park; deputies investigated a possible burglary at the house on the property; two doors in the residence were opened, one damaged where a padlock and hasp had been torn off the door, but there appeared to be no access to the rest of the house from the two rooms.

• PPD: Shots fired, 9:50 p.m., 200 block of North 14th Street; police arrested a 21-year-old Lebanon man and a 19-year-old Philomath man on misdemeanor charges of unlawful discharge of a weapon; both were issued citations in lieu of custody.

TUESDAY, JULY 5

• BCSO: Warrant and other charges, 1:21 p.m., 600 block of Main Street; deputies arrested a 36-year-old Sweet Home man on six active warrants and he was also booked on misdemeanor charges of giving false information to a peace officer in connection with a warrant and failure to carry or present a license; deputies also found that the man was out of compliance on the sex offender registry, was in possession of 3.3 grams of methamphetamine and was later determined to be driving a moped that had been reported stolen.
