• BCSO: Criminal mischief/damage, 3:53 p.m., 24000 block of Ervin Road; deputies responded to a resident with a mailbox that had been damaged by a vehicle.

• BCSO: Crash, 6:20 p.m., Highway 20 near Blodgett; deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash involving a woman who inadvertently drove her vehicle into a small drainage ditch; no injuries were reported; the driver wanted to leave the vehicle overnight and have it towed the next morning.

• BCSO: Warrant arrest, 2:44 p.m., North 13th Street and Pioneer Street; deputies arrested a 48-year-old Philomath man on a driving while suspended warrant out of Benton County; the man was cited and released.

• BCSO/PPD: Disorderly conduct/warrant arrest, 7:57 p.m., 500 block of Main Street; deputies responded to a report of a drunk and belligerent person with a machete who was refusing to leave a bar; Philomath Police located the man near 10th and Main streets; BCSO deputies arrested a 56-year-old Glendale, Arizona man on misdemeanor charges of second-degree disorderly conduct, second-degree criminal trespass and warrants for parole violation and failure to appear.

• PPD: Driving while suspended, 1:07 a.m., 500 block of Main Street; police arrested Rhonda Messer, 43, city of residence not available, on a felony charge of driving while suspended.

• PPD: Property found, 9:21 a.m., 100 block of South 15th Street; police took possession of a bicycle (black Mongoose) that had been found at Dale Collins Park.

• PPD: Criminal mischief, 11:10 a.m., 500 block of South 19th Street; police responded to a report of three students causing trouble on Jan. 6 during a youth basketball practice; no major damage reported.

• BCSO: Crash, 3:10 p.m., 38100 block of Kings Valley Highway; deputies responded to a single-vehicle crash near milepost 25; there was no report of injuries.

• PPD: DUII, 8:20 p.m., 1100 block of Main Street; police responded to report of a possible driving under the influence of intoxicants offender but were unable to locate the vehicle.
